Spreadsheets, email and disconnected tools can make a simple process difficult to follow. We build web applications that bring the work, the relevant information and the next action into one place.
Start with the workflow
A customer portal, an operations dashboard and a SaaS product have different needs. We map users, permissions, data and exceptions before choosing the implementation. The first version should complete a useful workflow from beginning to end, rather than collect unrelated features.
Connect the application to the business
Depending on the scope, we develop account access, forms, search, reporting, approval flows, subscriptions and integrations with external APIs. Data ownership, error handling and what happens when an external service fails are part of those decisions.
Build for operation as well as launch
We plan the separation of responsibilities, database structure and deployment process with maintenance in mind. Testing focuses on important user journeys and access boundaries. Backups, logging, performance and operating costs are addressed according to the application’s needs.
A proposal based on the real scope
Describe the process, who uses it, the existing systems and the information being handled. We identify the essential version, dependencies and acceptance criteria before setting milestones. Hosting, external service fees, ownership, handover and ongoing support are agreed explicitly.
